Complete all required fields and as many non-required fields as possible:
Embargo - Applying an embargo period prevents from appearing publicly for up to three years. See the Copyright and Ownership menu for reasons why you may want to apply an embargo period.
Keywords - Choose up to 10 key words and/or phrases to tag your document. Include words and phrases that may not be appear in the title or abstract.
Subject Categories - Choose the most relevant discipline for your topic. Disciplines are used to collect similar topics together and make your document more discoverable.
Abstract - A narrative summary of your work that can improve findability.
Creative Commons - See Copyright and Ownershipfor an explanation of Creative Commons licenses and reasons why you may want to acquire one for your work. A creative Commons license is not required.
Upload .pdf copies of your work, your faculty approval form, and your submission agreement form in the corresponding fields.
Check fields for accuracy and click Submit when finished.

Final Review and Posting
Following submission, your work will be reviewed. Check your email (whichever on you entered during the submission process) for emails from Digital Commons. You will be asked to either approve a final check of your work or submit corrections.
After you approve your submission, your work will be posted and you will receive the URL for your work. It will then become publicly available.
Please allow several days between each step of the process, especially on weekend.
