Library Improvements

We are making a lot of improvements in the library, so you might find that things look a little messy for a while. Students: Please complete our brief Library Space Use Survey to help us design the space to suit their needs and preferences.

We also continue to perform maintenance on all Library systems. If you encounter a problem with any resources, sent a ticket to library@harrisburgu.libanswers.com.

New Resources Added

The Library has one-year access to the film The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks. Based on Rebecca Skloot's book, it tells the story of an African-American woman whose cells were harvested without permission and subsequently used to achieve medical breakthroughs. To access, go to the A-Z Databases List and search Swank. Then search for the title and browse other available selections.
The Library has added some new databases to our A-Z Databases List for your research needs! Areas of interest include healthcare, data sets, primary sources, and open access books and articles.
