Most of Harrisburg University Library's databases, journals, and eBooks may be accessed without additional credentials, as long as you begin your search on the Library's website. However, the Library also provides the community with some resources that require extra steps to use. This guide provides instructions for accessing the following resources that have special sign-on and/or renewal requirements.
If you begin a search in Google instead of the Library's website, you may be denied access to material you are entitled to use.
If you are working away from a Harrisburg University building, some Library resources will require you to authenticate yourself with a Harrisburg University email address. Some resources require you to take extra steps to verify your university credentials and/or create unique user IDs and passwords. Additionally, while all library resources are available to you as long as you are a student or employee of Harrisburg University, some resources may require you to renew your credentials periodically.
