Reserve a Library Study Room

The Harrisburg University Library has two Group Study Rooms - Room 224 and Room 225 near the library's main entrance. These rooms can be reserved for group consultation, presentation and study.

Each Group Study Room features:

  • a large table and seating for 8 people
  • a wall-mounted display that can project your laptop or other device
  • wireless access
  • a whiteboard
To reserve a Group Study Room, submit a Group Study Rooms Reservation form.


Please observe the Group Study Room policies to keep the system fair for all Library users:

  • one reservation per day
  • reservations last up to 3 hours
  • rooms cannot be reserved more than 14 days in advance
  • leave the room clean and in good order - dispose of trash, clean up any spills, erase whiteboards, and put chairs back around the table
