Submission Agreement

I/We hold the copyright to this document and grant a perpetual license for its posting in Digital Commons @ Harrisburg University. I/We agree that it may be made publicly available in any format in perpetuity at the sole discretion of Harrisburg University of Science and Technology (HU) and without the payment of any license fee by HU. Appropriate attribution will always be included by HU when posted or made available in any format.
 
By presenting this document for posting, I/we am/are representing that

• I/We are the owners of this document and have the legal authority to grant HU a perpetual license for posting the work as noted above and do so;
• there are no additional owners or contributors who have not been identified;
• the work is free from all liens and claims, including any rights of other publishers to this work;
• the work does not infringe any copyright or other intellectual property rights (including but not limited to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998); 
• the work does not violate any proprietary rights, invade the privacy of any person or third party, contain any libelous matter, nor otherwise violate any HU policy or Digital Commons @ Harrisburg University protocols and standards;
